Your ticket will give you access to both the lower and upper levels in each of the Crown Royal Touchdown Clubs as well as the Bud Zone, Sky Patio, and general concourse areas. Be sure to get your hand stamped by security before you leave the Crown Royal Touchdown Club.

The Crown Royal Touchdown Club features the exclusive Chef’s Table on the upper level. The menu is updated online, four days prior to each home game. Fans can also enjoy new stadium classics like slow-smoked barbeque, half-pound carved sandwiches or burritos made-to-order. Traditional favorites like half-pound hot dogs, grilled cheeseburgers and oven hot pizzas are also available. And don’t forget, you also have access to all of the food and beverages available outside of the Touchdown Club.

Can I reserve a table or seating in the Crown Royal Touchdown Club lounge and dining areas?

All seating in the Crown Royal Touchdown Club lounge and dining areas are on a first-come, first-served basis. To meet the demand of our Crown Royal Touchdown Club members, the Jaguars added 25% more seating in these areas from the 2006 to the 2007 season.

How do I report a problem on game day?

Please visit the concierge desk located on the lobby-level (ground floor) of the Crown Royal Touchdown Club. You may also visit the concierge locations on each level of the Club located immediately outside of the elevator, or contact the nearest CSC or SAFE employees in your seating area.

Where is the closest ATM located?

There is an ATM located on the lower level (2nd floor) of the Crown Royal Touchdown Clubs. All normal transaction fees may apply.
