• The following information is designed to assist you in making a request to include The Roar of the Jaguars in your upcoming event or program. Each request will be given a fair and individual evaluation and, if deemed necessary by our office, may vary from the following guidelines.
• Requests will only be considered if they are received two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Upon receipt of the Jacksonville Jaguars Appearance Request Form, please allow 5-7 business days to receive a response to your request.
• Members of The Roar are available for appearances throughout the calendar year except during the months of March and April.
• Generally speaking, cheerleader appearances will range from one to two hours in length with a minimum of two cheerleaders participating.  Based upon the nature of the request, an appearance fee will be determined.
• All publicity for the event which mentions an appearance by The Roar must be approved by the Jaguars before use.
  
  

* If requesting a performance, a sound system with CD and microphone capabilities must be provided. A minimum of six cheerleaders is required for a performance or pep rally. A secured area for cheerleaders' belongings and parking must be provided. Security before and after the appearance is also required to escort cheerleaders to and from their cars.

** Please provide draped and skirted 6' tables and two chairs per table for an autograph session.  Autograph cards/posters and markers will be provided by the Jaguars.

*** Up to 200 posters will be provided by The Roar.  Additional posters can be purchased at events for 50 cents per poster.
