To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into EverBank Field, the Jaguars have announced an NFL policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the stadium. The Jaguars strongly encourage fans to not bring any type of bags, but outline what is permissible. Fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:
Clear bags will be available for a $5.00 donation at three locations around the stadium. In the North End Zone, along Adams Street, and on the walkway by Gate 4.
All ticket holders and their belongings may be searched (including by magnetic wanding) upon entry into the stadium. By tendering a ticket and entering the stadium, ticket holders consent to such searches and waive any related claims that they may have against the NFL, its member clubs, their affiliates and the stadium landlord, or their agents. If ticket holders elect not to consent to the searches they will be denied entry into the stadium without refund.
There are no provisions to check items at the gates or in the stadium. Fans will be asked to either take prohibited items back to their car, if they have not entered the stadium, or dispose of prohibited items at the entrance of the stadium. The Jacksonville Jaguars and the stadium are NOT responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged. Possession of prohibited items is grounds for ejection from the stadium. Game tickets will be forfeited.
