What time does theTerrace Suite open and close?
The Terrace Suite opens two hours prior to kick off and is open for a reasonable amount of time following the game. Express access to the Terrace Suite is available on the ground level elevators at both Gates 1 & 4.
What other areas of the stadium can I access with my Terrace Suite ticket?
Guests holding an Terrace Suite ticket have access to the East and West Touchdown Club lounge areas, Bud Zone, Sky Patio and general concourse areas. Be sure to have your ticket with you and have your hand stamped by security prior to leaving the Terrace Suite.
What food and beverage selections are available in the Terrace Suite on game day?
What is included in the price of my Terrace Suite ticket?
All Chef's Table offerings, house wine and draft beer selections are included in the price of your Terrace Suite ticket. Premium wines, beers and liquors are not included in your ticket cost, but they are available for purchase on game day.
How do I report a problem on game day?
If you notice any behavior that is rowdy, disruptive, illegal in nature or breaks the Jaguars Fan Code of Conduct, please text ASSIST followed by the location and a brief description of the issue to 58154. Our Guest Services team will respond accordingly to assist any fan in need.
You may also visit the hostess desk located near the top of the stairs inside the Terrace Suite or notify a security guard.
How can I get updates about game day events?
Four days prior to each home game, the Jaguars send out an informational email to all ticket holders. If you do not receive this email, please ensure that the ticket office has your correct email address.

Where is the closest ATM located?
The two closest ATMs to guests in the Terrace Suite are located on the main concourse near the guest services booths at Gates 1 and 4 (sections 202 and 244). There is also an ATM machine located inside the Bud Zone. All normal transaction fees may apply.
Where can I purchase Jaguars merchandise on game day?
Please visit any one of our Jagwear stores located in the following areas:
- The lower-level of the East and West Touchdown Clubs.
- The XPerience store located on the West main concourse.
- On the main concourse at Gates 2, 3, and 4.
Portable Jagwear kiosks are located in the following areas:
- On the main concourse at Gate 1 and Sections 122, 124 and 148.
- And, in the East and West upper decks at Gates 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Do you have gift certificates I can purchase for my guests to use on game day?
Jag Dollars are available for purchase and can be used during the season at Jaguars home games for merchandise and concession purchases inside EverBank Field. Please contact the Jaguars Ticket Office at (904) 633-2000 or 877-4-JAGS-TIX to purcahse your Jag Dollars today. Jag Dollars expire at the end of each season.

Can I purchase Terrace Suite tickets to other events held in EverBank Field?
Terrace Suite holders will have the option to purchase tickets for non-Jaguars events. A Jaguars representative will contact you with purchase information.
