What time do the gates at EverBank Field open?
The South End Zone (Gates 1 and 4) will open three hours prior to kick off for access to the Bud Zone and Pepsi Plaza. The Touchdown Clubs, Luxury Suites, and MPS Group Terrace Suite doors open two hours prior to kick off. Ramp Gates 2 and 3, the North End Zone elevator entrance and the Honor Rows and USO Gates open 90 minutes prior to kick off.
What are the hours of the game day ticket office?
The game day ticket office opens three hours prior to kick off and closes at the end of the first quarter. The 9-window ticket office is located near Gate 2 on the Northwest corner of EverBank Field. Photo ID is required for all persons picking up tickets and only the person listed on the tickets will be allowed to pick them up.
What concessions are available on game day in the general bowl seating areas?
Can I use a credit card in the stadium?
Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) are accepted throughout EverBank Field at most concession and merchandise locations.
Where can I find an ATM?
An ATM is located outside of the stadium at the game day ticket office on the Northwest corner of the stadium nearest to Gate 2 and outside of Gate 1 (inside the perimeter fence). ATMs are also located on the main concourse level near the Bud Zone, outside of the Jagwear stores at Gates 2, 3, and 4 and outside the guest services booths located at sections 202, 436, and 410.
Where can I purchase Jaguars merchandise on game day?
Please visit any one of our Jagwear stores located in the following areas:
- The lower-level of the East and West Touchdown Clubs.
- On the main concourse at Gates 2, 3, and 4.
- On the West main concourse at the Xperience store.
Portable Jagwear kiosks are located in the following areas:
- On the main concourse at Gate 1 and Sections 122, 124 and 148.
- And, in the East and West upper decks at Gates 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Where can I pick up my complimentary copy of the GAMEDAY magazine?
A limited quantity of GAMEDAY magazines will be distributed by the ushers nearest to your section.
Where can I redeem my Gate Gasoline receipt and voucher for Jag Dollars?
The Gate Redemption tables are marked by red tents with the Gate logo and are located near the perimeter entrances of Gates 1, 2, 3, 4 and in the Pepsi Plaza. Touchdown Club members may also redeem coupons on the concierge desk in the Touchdown Clubs. Redemption tents are open until half-time during every Jaguars regular season home game.
How can I get updates about game day events?
Four days prior to each home game, the Jaguars send out an informational email to all ticket holders. If you do not receive this email, please ensure that the ticket office has your correct email address.

How do I purchase single game parking passes?
Please contact the Jaguars Ticket Office at (904) 633-2000 and a representative will be more than happy to assist you with your parking pass purchase. Parking is sold based upon availability and is $25.00 per game in Lot X and in the Sports Complex Parking Garage. To view a parking map, please
click here. Parking lots open four hours prior to kickoff. Lot X opens three hours prior to kickoff.
Is there a shuttle service available on game day?
The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) offers its convenient EverBank Field Shuttle Service with free parking on game day. The buses run to and from EverBank Field from several downtown and suburban locations. Shuttle service begins two hours prior to kick-off and ends one hour following the games. Extended post-game shuttle service is available from the Kings Avenue location. Fans who ride from the Kings Avenue and Prime Osborne Convention Center locations receive a coupon for a free concession item at EverBank Field. How can I be contacted in the stadium in case of an emergency?
Individuals trying to reach a guest in the stadium may call (904) 633-6114 or (904) 633-6100. Please make sure that the party calling for you knows your section, row and seating information. We are unable to make a public service announcement during the game, but we will send an usher to the seat location provided.
Where can I report problems on game day?
During the game, fans can report any disturbances to the nearest guest services booth, usher or security guard. Guest services booths are located on the ground floor of the East and West Touchdown Clubs and immediately outside the elevators on both the lower and upper levels of the Clubs; on the main concourse level Southwest outside of sections 101/102, North End Zone outside of sections 123/223, and Southeast outside of sections 144/244; East Upper Deck outside of section 437; and lastly, West Upper Deck outside of section 410. Are there ADA accommodations at EverBank Field?
There is a disabled drop-off located at the Southwest corner of the Stadium near Gate 1. Guests are encouraged to access the drop-off from Lot M (using the Georgia and Adams Street entrance). We also offer wheelchair escort services to and from your seat location at each entry gate. Please notify the supervisor located at your gate if you need assistance. The Jacksonville Jaguars also offer wheelchair and companion seating throughout the stadium. Do you have gift certificates I can purchase for my guests to use on game day?
Jag Dollars are available for purchase and can be used during the season at Jaguars home games for merchandise and concession purchases inside EverBank Field. Please contact the Jaguars Ticket Office at (904) 633-2000 or 877-4-JAGS-TIX to purcahse your Jag Dollars today. Jag Dollars expire at the end of each season.
