Season ticket holders who cannot attend a game now have the option of selling their season tickets anonymously to other fans by logging in to your account. There is no fee for posting tickets and the process is secure – simply highlight the tickets you wish to sell, choose the selling price and expiration date, and submit the listing. Editing your posting at any time is quick and easy.

Once the posted tickets are purchased, the amount of the sale price is credited to your Jaguars season ticket account, less a ten percent seller fee. The barcodes on your tickets are cancelled and new barcodes are issued. The new tickets are then electronically delivered to the buyer via TicketFast for at-home printing, using any standard printer.

Season ticket holders will be notified via email if the tickets do not sell before the indicated expiration date. The listing will be automatically removed and the original tickets will still be valid for entry. If you cannot attend the game, you also have the option of emailing your tickets to a friend via Ticket Forwarding.

What is Ticket Forwarding?

This service allows Jaguars season ticket holders the opportunity to email tickets to friends, family or clients when they cannot attend a game. Simply log in to your account and select the ticket or group of tickets, enter the recipient's information and select "forward". You will not need the tickets in hand in order to do this.

During the forwarding process, the barcode on the original season ticket is cancelled and a new one is issued electronically. The recipient is sent a new ticket via TicketFast with a unique barcode that can be printed right away with any standard printer.

Payment Plan

If you have chosen to pay for your tickets through the automatic payment plan, your monthly payments will be charged on the 20th of each consecutive month. Any payments returned by your financial institution will result in your account being assessed a $15.00 additional processing fee. If the past-due charge is not paid prior to the next scheduled monthly payment, your account will automatically be charged the past-due balance plus the monthly amount due for that month.

Any season ticket account with a past-due balance may experience a delay in that delivery of season tickets or risk being cancelled if the past due balance is equal or greater than two monthly charges. Tickets with a past-due balance also risk being turned off and denied entry into Jacksonville Municipal Stadium on game day.

Single Game Tickets WHEN Pre-Season Single Game Tickets July 14th - July 18th, beginning at 9:00 AM Regular Season Single Game Tickets August 11th - August 20th, beginning at 9:00 AM (Tickets will go on sale to the General Public immediately following these dates) PURCHASE YOUR ADDITIONAL SINGLE GAME TICKETS HOW To order your tickets online, please have your JAGUARS ID available as you will need to enter this number when prompted for your password. You can find your Jaguars ID on the Season Ticket Holder identification card located in the center of your season ticket sheet. Once you select the game(s) you wish to attend, you will be asked to enter your password (Jaguars ID). Without this information, you will not be able to place an order. (Please note: This is NOT the same password you use to log in to My Jaguars Account.) If you or your guests require wheelchair accessible seating, please contact the Fan Services Department at (904)633-2000 (option '1'). Based upon availability. Maximum 10 tickets per game. Some sections/price levels may be limited depending upon game. All persons, regardless of age, require a ticket to enter Jacksonville Municipal Stadium. Throughout this offer period, season ticket holders will be offered a special single game ticket price. All transaction fees (excluding any delivery costs) will be waived. Any tickets purchased after this offer period ends will be subject to the current single game ticket price and all normal transaction fees will apply.
