NFL Power Rankings: ‘Hawks back at the top

Jaguars.com Senior Writer John Oehser ranks the 32 NFL teams before Week 12.

JACKSONVILLE – Here are the jaguars.com pre-Week 12 2013 power rankings. And we all know how important these are:

1. Seattle Seahawks (10-1) | 2 | Earned spot with six straight victories

2. Denver Broncos (9-1) | 3 | Manning playing, winning through injuries

3. Kansas City Chiefs (9-1) | 1 | Already looking ahead to Denver in two weeks

4. New Orleans Saints (8-2) | 5 | Looking like a Super Bowl contender -- again 

5. New England Patriots (7-3) | 4 | Lost on the road on questionable call

6. Carolina Panthers (7-3) | 8 | More legit by the week

7. Indianapolis Colts (7-3) | 7 | Very good at finding ways to win

8. Cincinnati Bengals (7-4) | 10 | In firm control of division entering bye

9. Detroit Lions (6-4) | 6 | Tough half in Pittsburgh cost them NFC North lead

10. San Francisco 49ers (6-4) | 9 | Trouble beating elite teams this season

11. Chicago Bears (6-4) | 11 | It took a long time, but Sunday was big for Bears
