Thomas, the Jaguars’ leading receiver in 2010 and 2011, has been traded to the Detroit Lions, the Jaguars confirmed late Tuesday afternoon. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Marshall, a fifth-round selection in the 2011 NFL Draft, spent the first five games of the season with the Jaguars before being waived last week as the team made a series of roster-management moves. Wilson had been signed to the active roster from the practice squad late last week.
Thomas, a fourth-round selection by the Jaguars in the 2009 NFL Draft, started 31 games in three and a half seasons with the team. He started 13 games in 2011, catching 44 passes for 415 yards and a touchdown.
He caught 171 passes for 1,768 yards and six touchdowns in 52 games with the team, with his best season coming in 2010, when he caught 66 passes for 820 yards and four touchdowns.
Vallos, originally a 2007 seventh-round selection by the Seahawks from Wake Forest, has spent time with Seattle, Cleveland and Philadelphia. He was released by the Eagles last week.
