JACKSONVILLE – The Jaguars went offense again in Round 4.
After focusing on offense early in the 2017 NFL Draft, and moving to defense late Friday, the Jaguars returned to offense early Saturday and deepened their wide-receiver corps.
Dede Westbrook, a wide receiver from Oklahoma, became the Jaguars' fourth selection of the '17 draft early Saturday afternoon. The Jaguars selected him with the third selection of the fourth round, the 110th selection overall.
Westbrook (6-feet-0, 178 pounds) had 80 receptions for 1,524 yards and 17 touchdowns, running 40-yard dashes of under 4.4 seconds at his Pro Day.
He was the Big 12 Offensive Newcomer of the Year in 2015 after transferring to Oklahoma from Blinn Community College. He won the Biletnikoff Award given to the nation's best receiver in 2016 and was a unanimous first-team All-America selection.
The Jaguars selected Louisiana State running back Leonard Fournette with the No. 4 overall selection of the draft Thursday, then selected Alabama left tackle Cam Robinson with second selection of Round 2 Friday. That was the No. 34 overall selection.
The Jaguars selected Illinois defensive end Duwuane Smoot with the fourth selection of Friday's third round, the No. 68 selection overall.
