    The Jacksonville Jaguars, in partnership with USA Heads Up Football, are hosting a moms football safety clinic at EverBank Field. 

    The free clinic will include education on proper equipment fitting; concussion awareness; heat and hydration; and USA Football’s Heads Up Football program. 

    As part of the event, moms in attendance will practice Heads Up Tackling and other football-related drills on the Florida Blue Health and Wellness Practice Fields. The event is one of a series of football safety clinics for moms. Moms should wear athletic attire.

Several transportation options for Jaguars fans Thursday

Routes for fans traveling to the Falcons vs Jaguars game.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are scheduled to host the Atlanta Falcons in the teams’ final preseason game on Thursday at EverBank Field. Because of the 6 p.m. kickoff, fans should be aware of traffic patterns and options for getting to the game. Perimeter gates 1, 4 and 5 at the stadium will open to the public at 3 p.m., while the ramps and bowl will open to the public at 4 p.m.

The Main Street Bridge, despite maintenance work continuing, is scheduled to be fully operational Thursday starting at 3 p.m. No other bridge closures are scheduled at this time.

Jacksonville's Water Taxis will be available on event day as well. For times, pick-up/drop-off points and the fare structure please click here.

The Publix Tailgate Show will begin at 3 p.m. on 1010 XL AM and 92.5 FM radio, and will be simulcast on 99.9 Gator Country. All three stations will air the game broadcast as well. J.P. Shadrick and Mike Dempsey host the Tailgate Show, as well Countdown to Kickoff beginning at 5 p.m.

The game broadcasts begin at 6 with Frank Frangie, Jeff Lageman and Tony Boselli calling the game for radio, along with field reporter Rick Ballou. WJXT-TV will televise the game with Sam Kouvaris and Mark Brunell in the booth and Nikki Kimbleton reporting from the field.

Following the game, the Jaguars Postgame Show and Scoreboard Show will air on 1010 XL, 92.5 and 99.9. Shadrick and Dempsey review the action along with former Jaguars great Fred Taylor.
