Jaguars sign 17 rookie Free Agents

The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed 17 rookie free agents to the roster. These 17 players are expected to join the Jaguars’ six drafted players and others for rookie mini-camp beginning Friday, May 4. The Jaguars also waived first-year DT David Howard today.
