The All Pro Dad Father & Kids Experience returns to Jacksonville for a day of football fun and father and child bonding on Saturday, Oct. 17, 2009. The event kicks off at the Jaguars practice fields at 2 p.m. and goes until 5 p.m. Jaguars players Brad Meester and Maurice Williams will attend. Online registration is open at www.AllProDad.com.
At the Oct. 17 event, fathers will get parenting tips while they and their children visit interactive, football-themed learning stations located around the field. New topics and activities will also be introduced this year.
Registration is only $15 per family, which includes admission for one dad and up to four children. The event is recommended for ages five and older. Advanced registration is required at www.AllProDad.com.
Family First, a national non-profit organization headquartered in Tampa, launched All Pro Dad with the help of Tony Dungy in 1997. Family First president, Mark Merrill, says, “All Pro Dad equips men with the moral and educational tools they need to become better fathers and role models, and to build character in their children and communities."
