Biography

Alex Hampton is in his fourth season with the Jaguars as a strength and conditioning associate under Strength and Conditioning Coordinator Tom Myslinski. With the Jaguars, Hampton is responsible for the GPS player tracking during practice and throughout rehabilitation.
Alex Hampton is in his fourth season with the Jaguars as a strength and conditioning associate under Strength and Conditioning Coordinator Tom Myslinski. With the Jaguars, Hampton is responsible for the GPS player tracking during practice and throughout rehabilitation.

Prior to joining the Jaguars in 2013, Hampton spent the 2012 season with the Florida State University Football team, where he assisted the director of sport sciences and the strength and conditioning staff with GPS player tracking. In 2011, Hampton served as the strength and conditioning intern for the Victorian Institute of Sport in Australia. Additionally, Hampton previously served as the sports science and strength and conditioning intern for the Richmond Football Club in the Australian Football League from 2010-2011. His primary duties included monitoring hydration, assisting in rehabilitation programs and directing cross-training sessions.

Hampton, a native of Tasmania, Australia, graduated from Deakin University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Sport Management.
