After going undrafted in the 1996 NFL Draft, Milanovich signed as a rookie free agent with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and spent four seasons (1996-99) with the organization. In 2000, after a brief stint with the Cleveland Browns, Milanovich signed with the Berlin Thunder of NFL Europe, before returning to the U.S. to play for the XFL’s Los Angeles Xtreme in 2001. In 2002, Milanovich played for the Arena Football League’s Tampa Bay Storm before finishing his playing career with the CFL’s Calgary Stampeders in 2003.
