Grant, 5-10, 200, was originally drafted by Pittsburgh in the fourth round of the 2015 Draft and spent the first eight weeks of the season on the team’s practice squad. He was promoted to the active roster on Nov. 4, 2015 and played in three games to conclude the season.
Grant was signed to Buffalo’s practice squad on Sept. 5, 2016 before being released a week later and joined the N.Y. Giants practice squad on Sept. 27, 2016. The Akron, Ohio native was released from the N.Y. Giants on Oct. 19, 2016.
Grant started 30-of-54 career games during his four-year career at Ohio State, and won the National Championship during his senior season. His collegiate totals include 146 tackles (110 solo), nine interceptions, a sack, four tackles for loss and 20 pass break-ups.
