Smart, tough CB who has ability to play nickel back … Became third Florida State player to be drafted by the Jaguars, joining DL Larry Smith (1999) and FB Greg Jones (2004) … Played two seasons at Florida State and two seasons at El Camino Community College … Marked 36th Florida State DB to be drafted in school history, the most of any position … Native of Miami, Florida …

 

COLLEGE: Played final two seasons at Florida State after transferring from El Camino Community College … Was heavily recruited following sophomore season before choosing Florida State … Played in 27 games for Seminoles and totaled 99 tackles (76 solo), one sack and six tackles for loss … Added five INTs and two forced fumbles … Ranked second on team as a senior with 58 tackles … Had an 89-yard INT return against Florida in 2011 …
