What time do the Luxury Suites open and close?

The Luxury Suites open two hours before kick off and will remain open for a reasonable amount of time following the game.

How do I get to the Suite level?

An express elevator to the Suite level is located on the ground floor of the Crown Royal Touchdown Clubs. Please look for the signs posted above the elevators to determine which elevator is designated as Suite Express.

Is there another way to get to the suite level if the elevator is crowded?

If the elevator is crowded, you may also take the escalator located on the ground floor of the Crown Royal Touchdown Clubs to the first Club level and then again to the 2nd Club level. From here, exit out the doors located on either the North or South end of the Touchdown Clubs and take one ramp up to the lower-level suites (East and West side) and two ramps up the upper-level suites (West side only).

What others areas of the stadium can I access with my Suite ticket?

With your Luxury Suite ticket, you may access the East and West Crown Royal Touchdown Club lounge areas, Bud Zone, Sky Patio and general concourse areas. Be sure to have your ticket with you and have your hand stamped by security before you leave the Luxury Suite level.

How can I order food for my Suite for the game?

Luxury Suite holders will have the opportunity to order food from Levy Restaurant’s full service menu up to four days before the game.

Can I order more food in the suite during the game?

A game day menu is available in each suite. A game day food and beverage order can be placed with your suite attendant. Or, you may call the order in on your house phone by pressing the Pantry button.

May I take alcoholic beverages home with me?

Our liquor license does not allow any guests to take alcoholic beverages home with them. The suite holder is responsible for guests in the suites. It is unlawful to allow anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages in your suite.

How do I report a problem on game day?

If you have any questions or need to report any issues on game day, simply press the Concierge button on the house phone in your suite or notify your suite attendant.

How can I get updates about game day events?

Four days prior to each home game, the Jaguars send out an informational email to all ticket holders. If you do not receive this email, please ensure that the ticket office has your correct email address. You can also read the latest email here.

Where can I find the closest ATM?

The two closest ATM locations for guests located on the Suite level are on the East and West Upper Deck concourses next to the guest services booths (sections 410 and 436). You can also find an ATM on the lower level floor of the Crown Royal Touchdown Clubs. All normal transaction fees may apply.

Do you have gift certificates I can purchase for my guests to use on game day?

Jag Dollars are available for puchase and can be used during the season at Jaguars home games for merchandise and concession purchases inside Jacksonville Municipal Stadium. Please contact the Jaguars Ticket Office at (904) 633-2000 or 877-4-JAGS-TIX to purcahse your Jag Dollars today. Jag Dollars expire at the end of each season.

Can I purchase Luxury Suite tickets to other events held in Jacksonville Municipal Stadium?

Luxury Suite Holders will have the option to purchase tickets to non-Jaguars events held at Jacksonville Municipal Stadium. If you are a Luxury Suite holder, you will be contacted by a Jaguars representative for purchase information.
