Can I purchase a season parking pass?
Season parking passes are available for $250.00 per pass per season in the Sports Complex Parking Garage. Please call the Ticket Office at (904) 633-2000 to reserve your space today or to be added to a waiting list.

Where can I find the Jacksonville Jaguars 2013 season schedule?
How can I buy single game tickets if I am not a Jacksonville Jaguars season ticket owner?
Single game tickets will go on-sale to the general public in July for the Jaguars preseason home games and in August for the regular season home games. Tickets can be purchased by calling (904) 633-2000 Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, or you may visit our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As always, tickets will be sold based upon availability.

If there are no tickets available, you can also search for tickets posted for sale by season ticket owners at Jaguars TicketExchange. Jaguars TicketExchange is the only 100% safe and authorized source for great seats at every home game.

Do the Jaguars have a family section?
Yes, the Family Fun Zone is located in sections 227 and prohibits drinking and profanity. Please call (904) 633-2000 (option '1') to purchase tickets in this area.
How can I purchase group tickets?
Fans with parties of ten (10) or more who are interested in purchasing tickets to a Jaguars home game may contact the Ticket Office at (904) 633-2000 (option '2').

Does my child need a ticket to enter EverBank Field?
Children under 34 inches may obtain a complimentary Lap Pass Ticket at the game day ticket office. For more information on the lap pass ticket, please contact the Jaguars Fan Services Department at (904) 633-6000.

If I cannot attend the game, what is your return/exhange policy?
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Season ticket owners - if you cannot attend a game, you can sell or forward your tickets to someone who can at Jaguars TicketExchange.
What happens if I lose my tickets?
If you lose any or all of your tickets, you can log on to
My Jaguars Account and click on the "print" button. You will not be assessed the reprint fee for this service.
You can also contact the Jaguars Fan Services Department at (904) 633-2000 (option '1'). There is a $10.00 charge per ticket for lost or stolen ticket reprints and the ticket owner of record will need to submit the request in writing along with a copy of their photo ID.
What are the hours for the game day ticket office?
The game day ticket office opens three hours prior to kickoff and closes at the end of the first quarter. The 9-window ticket office is located near Gate 2 on the Northwest corner of EverBank Field. Photo ID is required for all persons picking up tickets and only the person listed on the tickets will be allowed to pick them up.
