Ticket Exchange & Forwarding
As we prepare for another exciting season of Jaguars football, we want to remind you of two benefits that are available to you - TicketForwarding and TicketExchange.
With this feature, you can forward your tickets to friends, family or business clients up to two hours prior to the game. There is no fee to utilize this service, and you will never have to worry about overnight delivery or leaving tickets at will call again.
Can't make it to a game this season? TicketExchange gives season ticket holders the opportunity to re-sell their tickets to other Jaguars fans. The credit form from the sale of your ticket(s) through TicketExchange, less a 10% seller fee, will automatically be deposited into the bank account you designate within seven days, or you may also opt to have the credit applied to your Jaguars season ticket account.
Using these two features is simple. All you need to do log-in to My Jaguars Account using your Jaguars ID and password, click on "Manage My Tickets," select the tickets you'd like to forward or sell, and you're done!* You will receive confirmation once the process is complete or the tickets have been sold.
