Single Game Tickets - FAQs



What is the difference between my price and single game ticket prices?

In order to maximize the value of your season ticket, we have widened the difference in the price between that of a single game ticket and a season ticket… bringing increased worth to your season ticket and greater value to our season ticket holders. Even still, we wanted to provide our season ticket holders with a special price** for a limited time before all tickets go on sale to the general public at the newly established single game prices. In addition, anyone who purchases tickets on the day of the game will pay the game day price listed on the map to the right. Therefore, it’s important for you to go online and purchase your additional tickets before this special offer period ends.

How will I receive my tickets?

Once your order has been placed, you will have the option to print your tickets right at home using any standard printer via TicketFast. The charge to utilize this electronic delivery option is $2.50 per ticket. There is no charge for standard mail delivery. If you wish to pick your tickets up at the nearest participating retail outlet or select any other mail delivery other than standard mail, you will be subject to all applicable delivery fees.

Will I have the opportunity to purchase additional single game tickets to regular season games?

Yes, you will have the opportunity to purchase additional single game tickets (based upon availability) to regular season games at the prices listed on the map to the right prior to tickets going on sale to the general public. Your exclusive purchase opportunity will begin on August 11, 2008 at 9:00 AM.

Can I request a specific seat location?

You will not be able to request a specific seat location; however, tickets purchased online can be limited by price level and corresponding area of the stadium. (For example, $65 North End Zone; $65 South End Zone; $65 Upper Deck)

What fees am I subject to?

During this offer period, all transaction fees (excluding any delivery costs) will be waived. There is no fee for standard mail delivery. Any tickets purchased after this exclusive offer ends will be subject to the current single game ticket price and all normal transaction fees will apply.
