The Jacksonville Jaguars today released 11 players, including seven veterans: FB Dan Alexander, CB Ike Charlton, DE Marco Coleman, DT Chris Combs, WR Donald Hayes, C/G Drew Inzer and G/OT Daryl Terrell.
Waived were four first-year players: TE Matt Cercone, S Abdual Howard, CB Willie Miles and CB Jason Olford.
The Jaguars' roster now stands at 60 players, and the team has until 4:00 p.m. Sunday to get down to the 53-player limit. The Jaguars will be able to sign five players to their practice squad after 12:00 noon Monday.
