JACKSONVILLE – Day 2 turned out to have an offensive feel.
It also kept giving the Jaguars' 2015 draft overall a decided Southeastern Conference flavor.
The Jaguars, after using their second-round selection on a running back, turned to the offensive line in the third round on Friday, using the third selection of the third round of the 2015 NFL Draft on South Carolina offensive guard A.J. Cann.
Cann was the No. 67 overall selection in the draft.
Cann (6-feet-3, 313 pounds) started 51 games in four seasons at left guard for the Gamecocks, and was a first team All-Southeastern Conference selection last season and a second-team All-American.
The Jaguars selected University of Florida edge rusher Dante Fowler Jr. with the draft's No. 3 overall selection Thursday night and running back T.J. Yeldon of Alabama with the fourth selection of the second round earlier Friday night. They hold four selections on Day 3 Saturday: the No. 103 selection in Round 4, the No. 139 selection in Round 5, the No. 180 selection in Round 6 and the No. 220 selection in Round 7.
