Fred Taylor and Santonio Holmes Pay It Forward: Belle Glade Families Receive Thanksgiving Dinners

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Fred Taylor and Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Santonio Holmes are making Thanksgiving a special day for more than 100 families in their hometown of Belle Glade, Florida on Tuesday, November 25.

The former Glades Central High School standouts are providing complete Thanksgiving dinners to families in Belle Glade. The families will have the opportunity to meet the players and get their autographs at the local Winn Dixie.

"The Glades and the surrounding area raised me and made me who I am today," Taylor said. "It's a great honor and opportunity for me to share my blessings and give back to the place I love."

This is one of several events that Taylor and Holmes have done for the Belle Glade community. They have sponsored events in the past at the Boys & Girls Club of Belle Glade.
