HOUSTON, Tex. – The inactive list looks as expected.

That's not positive for the Jaguars, with two key defensive starters among the seven players officially declared inactive shortly before Sunday's game at Houston.

Defensive end Yannick Ngakoue and cornerback A.J. Bouye as expected were declared in active against the Texans, with Ngakoue missing with a hamstring injury and Bouye out with a hip injury. Wide receiver Marqise Lee (knee) and offensive tackle Cam Robinson (knee) also will not play.

Ngakoue, Bouye and Lee had been officially ruled out on the team's injury report Friday along with rookie tight end Josh Oliver (hamstring) and offensive tackle Cedric Ogbuehi (hamstring). Head Coach Doug Marrone ruled Robinson out Friday although he was listed as questionable entering the weekend.

Running back Devine Ozigbo also was inactive Sunday.

The Jaguars also announced Sunday that DJ Chark Jr. will start at wide receiver, with cornerback Tre Herndon starting for Bouye at cornerback and Will Richardson making a second consecutive start for Robinson at left tackle.

Rookie Josh Allen will start at defensive end.
