OFFENSE SETS RECORD WITH SIXTH GAME WITH 400-PLUS YARDS OF OFFENSE
The Jaguars amassed 400-plus total yards in the fourth consecutive game for the first time in team history. It marked the sixth game in 2007 with 400-plus yards, the most in team history. The previous record was five in both 1999 and 2000.
OFFENSIVE LINE SERVES AS PROTECTORS
The Jaguars did not allow a sack for the second consecutive game, the first time in team history the club has went two straight games without allowing a sack.
GARRARD TIES CAREER-HIGH WITH THREE TOUCHDOWN PASSES
Quarterback David Garrard tied his career-high with three touchdown passes as hooked up with Ernest Wilford (12 yards), Reggie Williams (three yards) and Dennis Northcutt (55 yards). Garrard, who has a touchdown pass in 15 of his last 17 games, had three touchdown passes on 11/5/06 vs. Tennessee. Garrard has thrown for multiple touchdown passes in four of the last five games and six games this season. He has 16 touchdown passes in 2007 with only one interception, the sixth-most in team history.
WILLIAMS TIES JAGUARS SINGLE-SEASON RECORD WITH 8TH TD RECEPTION
Reggie Williams recorded his eighth touchdown reception of the season, tied for the most in a season in team history (Jimmy Smith, 1998, 2000, 2001). Williams has a touchdown in four of the last five games. He increased his career total to 13 touchdowns, tied for third place in team history with tight end Kyle Brady.
TAYLOR GOES OVER 1,000; RECORDS FOURTH CONSECUTIVE 100-YARD GAME; FINISHES WITH SEASON-HIGH 147 RUSHING YARDS
Running back Fred Taylor surpassed the 1,000-yard mark for the season, his seventh career season with 1,000 rushing yards. The seven seasons are tied for the ninth-most in NFL history. Taylor recorded his 46th career 100-yard game and has rushed for 100-plus yards in four consecutive games for the first time since 2000. 19 of Taylor's last 25 100-yard games have come after November 1. He owns the top seven marks for single-season rushing yards in team history. Taylor broke free for a 38-yard run in the second quarter, giving him a rush for 10-plus yards in all 14 games.
JAGUARS CONTINUE FOURTH DOWN WAYS
The Jaguars were three for three today on fourth down attempts and increased their season total to 32 fourth down attempts. The 32 attempts are the most in the NFL since 1996 when New England had 34 attempts.
GARRARD HOOKS UP WITH NORTHCUTT FOR 55-YARD TOUCHDOWN; 9TH PLAY OF 50-PLUS YARDS
Quarterback David Garrard connected with wide receiver Dennis Northcutt for a 55-yard touchdown in the third quarter. It was the second-longest pass of Garrard's career (59t, 11/25/07 vs. Buffalo) and second-longest scoring reception of Northcutt's career (58t, 12/26/04 at Miami). The Jaguars tied the club record with their seventh touchdown of 50-plus yards (7, 1998). The Jaguars have nine plays of 50-plus yards this season, the second-most in team history (11, 1998).
POUNDING THE ROCK
The Jaguars rushed for 100-plus yards for the 12th time in 14 games this season and 150-plus yards for the seventh time. The 12 games with 100-plus rushing yards is the second-most under head coach Jack Del Rio (2006, 14 games).
JAGUARS SET TEAM-RECORD WITH 20-PLAY DRIVE
The Jaguars had a team-record 20-play, 74-yard drive in the third quarter that resulted in a David Garrard three-yard touchdown pass to Reggie Williams. The Jaguars have the three longest drives (plays) in team history in 2007.

The Jaguars scored three touchdowns in the seventh consecutive game, the longest-streak in team history.
JONES-DREW BECOMES FRANCHISE CAREER LEADER FOR KICKOFF RETURN YARDS
Maurice Jones-Drew surpassed Reggie Barlow in first place today to become the franchise leader for career kickoff return yards.
The Jaguars had five sacks today, the second-most this season (7, vs. Atlanta, 9/16). Brent Hawkins led the team with a career-high two sacks. Paul Spicer, Bobby McCray and John Henderson also had sacks.
REGGIE NELSON MAKES 13TH START, MOST BY A ROOKIE SINCE 2004
Safety Reggie Nelson started his 13th game of the season today, the most by a Jaguars rookie since linebacker Daryl Smith started 13 games in 2004. The 13 starts are the second-most by a rookie safety in team history (Donovin Darius, 14 starts, 1998).
PAUL SPICER KEEPS THE MOTOR RUNNING
Defensive tackle Paul Spicer had a sack of Ben Roethlisberger and forced a fumble in the second quarter. Spicer has a sack in three of the last four games and leads the team with 7.5 sacks. The 7.5 sacks are tied for the most of his career (7.5, 2005). He ranks fourth in team history with 25 career sacks.
HENDERSON RECORDS 24TH CAREER SACK
Defensive tackle John Henderson sacked Ben Roethlisberger on the Steelers opening possession, his 24th career sack and second sack of the season.
JAGUARS HOLD STEELERS DOWN EARLY
The Jaguars held the Steelers scoreless in the first quarter. Opponents have been held scoreless in the first quarter in five of the last six games and eight of 14 games this season. In addition, the Jaguars defense forced a punt on the Steelers first offensive possession. The Jaguars have allowed only nine points (3 FGs) on the opponents first possession in 14 games
