Jaguars change Practice Squad

The Jacksonville Jaguars made two changes to their practice squad today. They released WR Ramondo North and LB Duke Pettijohn and re-signed WR Henry Douglas and signed RB David Allen. Douglas had been activated to the 53-man roster on October 26 when Patrick Johnson was injured, and then he was released last Saturday when Kevin Lockett was claimed on waivers. Allen is a first-year player out of Kansas State who spent the last two training camps with the San Francisco 49ers and Minnesota Vikings. In 1998, he became the only player in NCAA history to return punts for touchdowns in three consecutive games and to twice return punts for scores in back-to-back games. Allen is second in NCAA history for career punt return yards.
