JAGUARS VOICEMAIL SYSTEM AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Jacksonville Jaguars today unveiled a 24-hour voicemail for customer service lines that is accessible both after hours and for customers on hold who prefer not to wait for a Ticket Office representative.

The voicemail is offered on both phone lines for the Ticket Office-(904) 633-2000 and (800)618-8005.

"Our commitment is that all voicemails will be returned the same day or by the next business day," said Judy Seldin, Jaguars vice president of ticket operations. "Our new voice mail gives the customer the option to wait for personalized service if there is a backup, or to allow us to call them back. Plus, if a customer wants to call after business hours, we can research a questions and then return the call the next day."

Ticketing specialists will remain available for walkup traffic and on phones from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
