The Jacksonville Jaguars will host approximately 400 high school football coaches and athletic directors from North Florida and South Georgia at the Jaguars High School Coaches Clinic today at the Florida Blue Health and Wellness Practice Fields and EverBank Field.
Jaguars Head Coach Mike Mularkey extended the invitation to high school football programs north throughout north Florida, the counties of South Georgia, south to Daytona Beach and as far west as Tallahassee.
High school coaches will have the opportunity to watch the Jaguars' Thursday afternoon OTA practice, followed by a reception and dinner with a welcome introduction and comments from Mularkey. The clinic will end with three 50-minute seminars, each featuring Jaguars coordinators and position coaches detailing fundamentals and practice techniques at each position.
Through the Jaguars High School Coaches Clinic, the Jaguars are reaching out to the local and regional high school football community to help high school football coaches develop young people and players throughout the region.
