• The Jaguars have acquired additional parking on the west side of the stadium near the St. Johns River. Cost for a parking pass in Lot X for the remainder of the season is $21 per pass per game. Call the Jaguars ticket office at 904-633-2000.

• Fans who don't have a parking pass are encouraged to use JTA shuttle transportation. Those using the service from the Prime Osborne or King St. locations will receive a coupon redeemable for a specified concessions item.

• Season ticket holders may purchase a pregame tailgate party pass, that will allow access to the tailgate area in Metropolitan Park. Cost is $17, which includes the buffet provided by either Bono's or Copeland's, and two drink coupons. To purchase, call the Jaguars ticket at 904-633-2000, then press option one.

• The football excitement doesn't end when the game ends this season. Fans are invited to stop by the Touchdown Club West for "Jaguars Fifth Quarter" after each Jaguars home game this year. While post-game traffic is clearing out, you'll enjoy: The "Jaguars Fifth Quarter" radio show featuring Pete Banaszak and Cole Pepper, broadcast live from the Touchdown Club West; a live feed of coach Tom Coughlin's postgame press conference, as well as the live telecasts of the four p.m. NFL games, shown on more than 30 televisions and large-screen monitors; concessions and bar service; special guests.

• The Jaguars are offering a multi-game package which includes the Redskins, Steelers and Titans games. Cost of the package is $135 per person for seating in the north end zone and $180 per person for sideline seating. • Single-game tickets remain available for all remaining regular-season home games. Ticket prices are: $25, $35, $45, $50, $65, $95 and $215 (club seating).

• A fan loyalty program is being introduced to all season ticket holders for the 2002 season. The program will include 10 percent discounts on all concession items sold in Alltel Stadium, and the participation of local merchants in providing discounts and sales promotions.

• Season ticket holders who park in Lot P will not be able to do so for the game against the Houston Texans on Oct. 27, due to the Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair. The Jaguars have issued a $21-per-pass refund and have provided complimentary JTA passes for each seat on a season ticket account.

• Fans interested in purchasing single-game tickets for groups of 10 or more should call the Jaguars ticket office at 904-633-2000. Ticket prices begin as low as $40 per ticket.

• Fans wishing to express their opinion on ticketing-related issues may do so on the "Message Board."

• The Jaguars are seeking volunteers to assist in the team's volunteer customer service/sales program. Call the Jaguars ticket office.

• Season ticket prices through the 2004 season range from $150 to $825 per season ticket.

• The Jaguars ticket department's regular office hours have been expanded one hour per day. The hours are: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. The ticket office will also be open on Saturdays prior to home games from 9 a.m. until three p.m.
