JACKSONVILLE – The Jaguars have received good news on the injury front.

Cam Robinson, the Jaguars' projected starting left tackle, has been removed from the physically unable to perform list and will participate in practice Monday morning.

"He'll be out there on the practice field," Head Coach Doug Marrone said Monday morning shortly before Day 14 practice of Jaguars 2019 Training Camp at the Dream Finders Homes Practice Complex adjacent to TIAA Bank Field.

Robinson, a third-year veteran, had been on PUP since the start of '19 camp after missing the last 14 games of last season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament. Marrone had said Saturday it was uncertain if Robinson would be ready for the September 8 regular-season opener against Kansas City.

Marrone said Robinson will participate in walkthrough and individual work.

Marrone was asked about the seemingly abrupt change in Robinson's status from Saturday.

"I don't disagree with that," he said. "When they tell me someone's going to be on the field and ready, I'm not going to ask a lot of questions to that. I'm going to take what I can. They just said, 'We're thinking about taking him off of PUP and putting him through walkthrough and individuals.' I said, 'Awesome.'

"I keep my mouth shut and that's it. I don't want to say anything and them say, 'Maybe you're right. Maybe we should keep him on PUP.' I'm not that stupid. I just know he was at point that they couldn't get him over a point and he was going to stay on PUP. That's what I was told, and then this morning I was told something different – in a good way."

Marrone, who had seemed dejected Saturday when discussing a slew of injuries sustained by the team during '19 camp, addressed what appeared to be a better mood Monday.

"Hey, you take it," Marrone said. "It's like when you're walking on the street and you see $20. You pick it up, right? No one's around, you pick it up, you put it in your pocket, you're happy about it, you move on."

Wide receiver Marqise Lee, who also has been on PUP since the start of camp with a knee injury sustained last preseason, remains on PUP. Linebacker Jake Ryan, on the reserve/non-football injury list since the start of camp while returning from a knee injury, remains on that list.
