Sean Karpf is in his first season as a strength and conditioning associate working under Strength and Conditioning Coordinator Tom Myslinksi. Karpf was promoted to his current role after spending the previous two years as a strength and conditioning intern with the Jaguars.
Karpf first joined the Jaguars organization in 2014 and served in numerous departments, including technology, ticket operations and ticket sales. He has also worked closely with Head Athletic Trainer Scott Trulock.
Prior to working with the Jaguars, Karpf served in the United States Army from 2007-13, where he was a sergeant with the 82nd Airborne. He earned a Purple Heart for his service and has been heavily involved with the Wounded Warrior Project, a nonprofit organization that offers programs, services and events for veterans.
Karpf graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from Jacksonville University and is currently pursuing his masters at California University of Pennsylvania in performance enhancement and injury prevention. He graduated from Orange Park (Fla.) High School in 2003 and now resides in Jacksonville with his wife, Brandy and his children, Marissa and Zachary.
