Brian Squeglia is in his sixth season as a college scout and eighth season with the Jaguars after being
hired as a scouting associate prior to the 2017 season. He serves as the Jaguars primary college scout in
the Northeast, covering Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland,
Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island,
Vermont, Virginia and West Virginia. Squeglia provides reports on the top players from those states.

Before joining the Jaguars, Squeglia served as the assistant director of player personnel at LSU during the
2016 season. Squeglia spent the 2014 and 2015 seasons working as a football recruiting specialist at
Mississippi State University after a two-year stint (2012-13) at Jacksonville University, where he served as
the assistant director of football operations and a defensive assistant coach.

Squeglia earned his master's degree in leadership/organizational development in 2014 at Jacksonville
University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in sports management from the University of North
Florida in 2011. Squeglia, a Jacksonville native, resides in North Potomac, Md. and he and his wife Amy,
have two children, Leila & Sawyer.
