Jimmy Luck is in his seventh season as the head equipment manager for the Jaguars after being named to the post on Jan. 28, 2013. In his current role, Luck is responsible for overseeing the distribution, safety and maintenance of player equipment, daily upkeep of the locker room and coordinating travel logistics for all Jaguars-related equipment on road trips. Prior to joining the club, Luck spent nine seasons (2004-12) as assistant equipment manager for the Atlanta Falcons.

Luck's tenure with the Falcons included time with the Georgia Force of the Arena Football League. Prior to joining the Falcons, Luck served as equipment manager in the college ranks for The Citadel in 2003. He began his career in professional football in 2002 when he served as the equipment manager for the AF2's Charleston Swamp Foxes.  

A native of Atlanta, Luck spent three seasons (1996-98) as coordinator of baseball operations for the University of Miami (Fla.). He was a sales rep for Rawlings Sporting Goods, covering Tennessee from 1998 to 2000. Luck graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in management.
