Tom Coughlin

Executive Vice President of Football Operations

Tom Coughlin returned to the Jaguars in 2017, and in his first season back he directed the team’s resurgence which resulted in its first division title since 1999. In becoming AFC South champion for the first time, the Jaguars finished 10-6 in the regular season for their first winning record since 2007, which was also their last playoff berth. The Jaguars’ playoff wins against Buffalo and Pittsburgh put them in the AFC Championship game; their only previous AFC Championship game appearances were in 1996 and 1999, when Coughlin was their head coach.
