Every Jaguars home game, our Guest Services Team is surprising fans throughout Jacksonville Municipal Stadium with free merchandise and exclusive experiences. Check out the winners from each game in the galleries below.
The Jaguars do not want the behavior of a few bad fans to ruin the experience of other fans, so we have implemented a text messaging system on game days so fans can report violations of the fan code of conduct. Text ASSIST followed by the location and brief description of the issue to 58154, and the Guest Services Team will respond as necessary to the situation.
