What Is the History Between the Colts and Jaguars?
The Jaguars are 13-10 at home versus the Colts and hold an eight game winning streak in Jacksonville against Indianapolis dating back to Week 14 of 2015. This is the longest home winning streak against a single opponent in franchise history.
Jacksonville swept Indianapolis in last year's series for the first time since 2017 with a 31-21 win on Sept. 10 and a 37-20 victory on Oct. 15. The Jaguars are 8-5 against AFC South opponents under Head Coach Doug Pederson, including 3-1 record versus the Colts.

What Is Important About the Week 6 Game?
The Jacksonville Jaguars (0-4) host the Indianapolis Colts (2-2) at EverBank Stadium for their second-straight divisional matchup. Jacksonville will celebrate its 30th season at Sunday's game, debuting the long-anticipated "Prowler Throwback" uniforms. Tom Coughlin, the franchise's first and all-time winningest head coach, will be inducted into the Pride of the Jaguars in a halftime ceremony.
Are There Any Important Milestones?
- WR Brian Thomas Jr.'s 275 receiving yards through Week 4 are the most by a Jaguars rookie through their first four games in franchise history. He is second in the league in receiving yards among rookies, trailing only Giants WR Malik Nabers.
- CB Ronald Darby registered his 100th career pass defensed in Week 4 at Houston, the fourth-highest total in the NFL since he entered in 2015. He is one of four players with at least 100 passes defensed in that span.
