Jacksonville Jaguars Spend the Month and Preseason Week One Recognizing the Efforts Behind PREP Football in Our Local Area and Beyond

The Jacksonville Jaguars staff, players and coaches make a monumental impact in the community during National Volunteer Month 

As girls flag football continues to grow to new heights with even more competition and talent deserving of recognition, the 2025 Jaguars Girls Flag ALL-PREP Top 25 was announced on May 6. 

As girls' flag football increases in popularity across the United States, the Jacksonville Jaguars continue to elevate the sport and opportunity for young female athletes.

Twelve local residents graduated from Goodwill's A-STEP (Academic Support Through the Employment Process) Construction Basics Training Program, all thanks to AECOM Hunt. AECOM Hunt is hard at work managing the construction of the Jaguars' Stadium of the Future project, and our graduates had the wonderful opportunity to hear from representatives of AECOM Hunt, the Jaguars, and Goodwill. Students celebrated their achievements by receiving certificates of completion along with some essential gear as they step into the workforce.

Jaguars OL Walker Little, Jaxson de Ville, and the ROAR surprised students at John Love Early Learning Center for a Literacy Locker Room experience. The children shared stories, received Jaguars swag, and received four new books to build their personal libraries.

Ventrell Miller spends time at the Boys and Girls Club of Northeast Florida with a back-to-school celebration! Miller gifted each student a new backpack and school supplies for the school year.

The Jacksonville Jaguars hosted a 5k, with the route starting in downtown Jacksonville, crossing over the bridge, passing through our neighboring baseball facility and right through the finish line. Congratulations to all the runners who participated! Check out shots from an amazing morning.

Jaguars athletes have been honored and recognized throughout the month of August for their hard work and talent. From preseason on-field experiences to exclusive send-offs and flag events, it has been an eventful month!

The Jaguars teamed up with Academy Sports + Outdoors to surprise 25 Jaguars Elite athletes with a $200 shopping spree to get new gear and equipment for their upcoming seasons. Jaguars Legends Greg Jones and Jordan Todman, Jaxson de Ville and THE ROAR helped them pick out their swag!
