JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Playoff fever has officially hit Jacksonville.  Today the Jacksonville Jaguars announced a sellout of all currently available inventory for the team's upcoming AFC Wild Card game to be played on either January 6 or 7 at EverBank Field.  This will be the Jaguars' first home playoff game since the 1999 season.

"The response from Jaguars fans has been nothing short of outstanding," said Chad Johnson, Jaguars senior vice president of sales and service.  "Momentum from the end of the season home games has been building, and the atmosphere at our first home playoff game in nearly two decades will undoubtedly continue to be electric.  We're thrilled for the team and our fan base to have the chance to experience the postseason once again."

A limited number of additional tickets may become available over the next several days if additional inventory is released from the NFL, visiting team and other parties.  Fans should follow Jaguars social media channels over the next several days to receive alerts to additional ticket availability.

Presale tickets for existing season ticket members went on sale on Tuesday, Dec. 26.  More than 40,000 of these loyal fans had already opted in to secure their seats via the NFL's "Pay as We Play" program.  Following the presale window, the general public had access to remaining inventory beginning Wednesday afternoon at 3 p.m.  That sold out in only an hour.

Due to the short turnaround and to ensure easy transactions, playoff tickets will be delivered only to a mobile device via the Official Jacksonville Jaguars app.  Fans should ensure they have downloaded the correct app and logged in ahead of the game.  For detailed, step-by-step instructions on accessing tickets for game entry, fans should visit www.jaguars.com/mytickets.

The Jaguars strongly encourage fans to make smart, savvy choices when seeking tickets on the secondary market for in-demand games.  Fans should purchase only via verified providers including Ticketmaster and NFL Ticket Exchange.
