Henne, 30, has started 22 games in four Jaguars seasons and has thrown 27 touchdowns with 26 interceptions during that span.
Henne, who played collegiately at the University of Michigan, originally was a second-round selection in the 2008 NFL Draft by the Miami Dolphins. He started 31 games in four seasons with Miami, throwing 31 touchdowns and 37 interceptions.
