Melissa Fullmore
Dr. Melissa Fullmore has been a Jaguars Fan since 1995 and a Season Ticket Member since she became a full-time DUUUVAL resident in 2018. When she is not at EverBank Stadium, she serves as the CEO of KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools which serves over 3000 students from the north and west sides of Jacksonville. She is also a huge supporter of AMIKids Jacksonville and volunteers to help members of the community have access to postsecondary education.
When not taking pictures with Jaxson de Ville, she can be seen in her Jags Swag (including Victory Monday dresses at work), or maintaining her Jaguars memorabilia collection. She has even started to instill a love for the Jaguars in her grandchildren!

Jamie Phillips
Jamie is arguably the biggest UK Jags fan out there, his passion for the team couldn't run deeper. The first in every queue for every and all Jaguars UK event, he epitomizes what being a Jaguars fan based in the UK should be. The proud admin of two Jaguars Fan Groups on Facebook, Jamie is known by almost every other Jag fan across the UK.
He is a pillar in the Jaguars UK fan community and there couldn't be a more deserving winner of our 2024 International Fan of the Year.
