Jaguars Credential Policy
The Terms and Conditions Governing use of this credential are set forth in the credential use conditions, which are available HERE, and incorporated herein by reference.
By accepting this credential, you acknowledge that you have read and are bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth in the credential use conditions. You also acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable policies of the host club, the NFL and the event venue (individually or collectively, "Management"), including without limitation, any security and conduct polices, and any health and safety policies and assessments. Management reserves the right to deny admission to or eject any person who management, in its sole discretion, determines poses a risk to the health and safety of other attendees and/or whose conduct violates the credential use conditions. By accepting this credential, you acknowledge that you voluntarily assume all risks, hazards and dangers incident to the event and related events, including the risk of personal injury (including death), the risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses (including without limitation the novel Coronavirus SARS-COV-2 (together with any mutation, adaption or variation thereof, "COVID 19")) or the causes thereof, or lost, stolen or damaged property, whether occurring before, during or after the event, however causes and hereby wave all claims and potential claims related to such risks, hazards and dangers.
Bold Events Credential Policy
Purpose
The terms and conditions ("Terms") of this Daily's Place Credential Use Policy ("Policy") govern the use of credentials issued by Bold Events, LLC ("Bold Events") solely for the purpose of providing access to designated area(s) of the amphitheater currently known as Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida (the "Facility") to those who have a credential ("Credentialed Personnel") in connection with the event(s) at the Facility for which the credential is issued (the "Event").
Agreement
By accepting and/or using a credential, Credentialed Personnel acknowledges that he or she has read, understands and agrees to be bound by the Terms and all other laws, rules and regulations, legal requirements, and rules and policies issued by the City of Jacksonville (the "City"), the facility manager of the Facility, Bold Events, Jacksonville Jaguars, LLC, and any Event promoter designated by Bold Events (each, an "Event Entity" and collectively, the "Event Entities").
Terms
Credentials issued by Bold Events provide privileged access to Credentialed Personnel to areas not accessible by the general public, solely for the purpose of performing those assigned duties that are necessary to service the Event ("Event Service Purposes").
If a credential indicates a "seasonal" status, (a) Credentialed Personnel bearing such credential shall have access to certain non-public areas in the Facility (as determined by Bold Events in its sole discretion) during all Events in the applicable concert season (as determined by Bold Events in its sole discretion) (the "Season"); and (b) an admission ticket to the Event is not required for entry into the Facility.
If a credential indicates "VIP" status for a particular Season, (a) Credentialed Personnel bearing such credential shall have access to certain non-public in the Facility (as determined by Bold Events in its sole discretion) for Events during the applicable Season; and (b) an admission ticket to each Event is required for entry into the Facility.
Event-specific credentials (as indicated on the credential) (a) provide Credentialed Personnel bearing such credential access to certain non-public areas in the Facility (as determined by Bold Events in its sole discretion) during such applicable Event; (b) do not require an admission ticket to such Event for entry into the Facility; and (c) shall expire upon conclusion of such Event.
Seasonal credentials (as indicated on the credential) expire upon conclusion of the applicable Season, as determined by Bold Events in its sole discretion. Credentials may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise distributed by Credentialed Personnel and may be used only and directly for Event Service Purposes. Any unauthorized use or transfer of a credential subjects Credentialed Personnel to ejection from the Event and prosecution for criminal trespass and subjects Credentialed Personnel's employer to the following: (a) revocation of credentials for future Events; or (b) termination of any agreement between Credentialed Personnel's employer and any Event Entity. Bold Events, at its sole discretion, may revoke any credentials issued to Credentialed Personnel or Credentialed Personnel's employer. Credentialed Personnel and his or her employer (a) assume all risk incident to the performance by Credentialed Personnel of his or her services; (b) assume all risk incident to attending the Event; (c) agree that the Event Entities have no responsibility for any equipment in use in the Facility; and (d) agree to indemnify and hold harmless each Event Entity and its respective affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, managers, members, employees, and agents from and against all liability, loss, damage, demand or expense resulting from or arising out of the issuance of this credential or the Credentialed Personnel's presence in the Facility, except to the extent such liability, loss, damage or expense arises out of the willful misconduct of an Event Entity seeking indemnification. Credentialed Personnel, along with his or her belongings, may be searched upon entry into the Facility and Credentialed Personnel consents to such searches and waives any claim he or she may have against any Event Entity in connection therewith. If Credentialed Personnel fails to consent to such searches, it is agreed and understood that he or she will be denied access to the Facility. Any Credentialed Personnel who is deemed disorderly, or who fails to comply with these Terms, any term of the Daily's Place Venue Guide, or any or all security measures, shall be subject to, if appropriate, ejection from the Facility and prosecution and shall subject Credentialed Personnel's employer to the following: (1) revocation of such Credentialed Personnel's or employer's credentials for future Events and (2) termination of any agreement between Credentialed Personnel's employer and any Event Entity. Credentials are non-transferrable and may only be used by the individual to whom the credential is issued. Credentials do not have a cash value. Credentials are void if reproduced, copied, transferred, distributed, purchased, traded or sold and where prohibited or restricted by law.
