JACKSONVILLE – The draft is far from over.

Actually this thing is just getting started – and while the Jaguars were very pleased with the events of Day 1 of the 2016 NFL Draft, the final six rounds are critical, too.

Those begin Friday with Rounds 2 and 3.

The Jaguars, who selected Florida State cornerback/safety Jalen Ramsey with the No. 5 overall selection of Round 1 of the draft Thursday, hold one selection in each round entering Friday. They are scheduled to select seventh in the second round (No. 38 overall) and sixth in the third round (No. 69 overall).

A slew of players once projected to be selected in Round 1 remain available entering Day 2. That group includes UCLA linebacker Myles Jack, a player who was linked to the Jaguars at No. 5 by many analysts before long-term concerns over a knee injury dropped his draft status.

Other prominent prospects still available include: Alabama defensive tackle A'Shawn Robinson, Alabama linebacker Reggie Ragland, Clemson defensive end Kevin Dodd and Alabama running back and 2015 Heisman Trophy winner Derrick Henry.

The second round of the draft is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. and will be televised on ESPN and the NFL Network.
