In and out: DeValve, Richardson out

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Will Richardson won't play for the Jaguars Sunday.

Neither will tight end Seth DeValve, with Richardson being held out as a healthy scratch and DeValve missing a second consecutive game with an oblique injury.

Richardson and DeValve were among the Jaguars' seven game-day inactives. The others:

Quarterback Josh Dobbs, wide receiver C.J. Board, running back Tyler Ervin, cornerback Tae Hayes and offensive lineman Brandon Thomas.
