In and out: Gipson active

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Tashaun Gipson will play for the Jaguars Sunday.

Gipson, the Jaguars' starting free safety who was listed as questionable on the week's final injury report, wasn't among the team's seven inactives announced Sunday an hour and a half before kickoff of the team's game against the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium.

Gipson was added to the injury report Friday with a knee injury.

Running back T.J. Yeldon was among the inactive players, with quarterback Ryan Nassib, wide receiver Jaelen Strong, cornerback Jalen Myrick, linebacker Lerentee McCray, offensive lineman Josh Walker and offensive lineman William Poehls also inactive.
