JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Jaguars today announced a partnership with Uber Eats, providing in-app access to Jaguars playoff merchandise for fans who are looking to purchase t-shirts and hats from the Fanatics Jaguars Pro Shop located at EverBank Field. This exciting opportunity will be available to Jaguars fans within central areas of Jacksonville on January 5, prior to the Jaguars matchup with the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Wild Card game on Jan.7 at EverBank Field.

"With Uber Eats we've created an integrated solution to supporting the needs of Jaguars fans," said Steve Ziff, Jaguars vice president of marketing and digital media. "It's about adding a layer of convenience to the already-excellent shopping experience of our Jaguars Pro Shop, providing the product direct-to-door through an easy, one-stop transaction."

When fans are ready to purchase a playoff t-shirt or hat, they can quickly access the Uber Eats app on any smartphone and select the Jaguars Pro Shop at EverBank Field. After purchasing the product, fans will be billed directly through Uber Eats. Account holders will receive an email confirming their purchase, which will double as a receipt of their transaction.

"Getting people the products they want, when they want it is what Uber Eats is all about," said JP Restrepo, general manager for Uber Eats in Florida. "The Jaguars organization continues to be one of Uber's most innovative partners in providing their fans with engaging promotions and an efficient, seamless experience."

The Uber Eats playoff promotion will continue throughout the duration of the Jaguars life in the postseason. Additionally, fans should keep a lookout for other collaborations with Uber Eats in 2018.

"The relationship we've shared with Uber further personifies our desire to be leaders in using digital and innovative technology to enhance the lives and experiences of our fans," said Ziff. "Jacksonville continues to be the launch pad for brands looking to create something special and challenge conventional partnership activation."

Already in 2017, the Jaguars announced the all-new Jaguars app in partnership with Paranoid Fan, featuring the first in-app chat functionality in professional sports & entertainment.
