The Jaguars will host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Saturday in the team's preseason home opener at Jacksonville Municipal Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. and the game will air live on WOKV AM & FM (690, 106.5) and the Jaguars Radio Network. The pregame show will begin at 6:30, and for the seventh straight season Brian Sexton and Jeff Lageman will call the game action.

Because the game is not sold out there will be no television broadcast of the game. The Jaguars ticket office, located between Gates 2 and 3, will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday and beginning at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday through halftime of the game. Fans can purchase tickets by calling (904) 633-2000 or 1.877.4.JAGS.TIX (option 3) or by visiting jaguars.com. By purchasing single game tickets online prior to game day fans will save up to 10% on the price of tickets, which will be delivered straight to their inbox – eliminating the need to wait in line.

For fans traveling to Jacksonville Municipal Stadium for the game, Bay Street will be re-opened for access on Saturday, and the Hart Bridge will be open as well. The JTA Stadium Shuttle Service returns for the 2009 season with no price increase. The shuttles will be operating two hours before kickoff until one hour after the end of each game. For more information fans can call (904) 630-3100. The beaches (Little League Park) and Marbon Road park-and-ride locations will not be open for the preseason.

Fans are reminded that a modified security pat-down will again be conducted at all entry gates at Jaguars home games. This will be a quick process, but all fans are strongly encouraged to make plans to arrive at the stadium a little early because of this security measure.

Other security measures are no different than they have been for the Jaguars' last four seasons. Purses or bags no larger than 12x12x12 inches are allowed, but they will be subject to inspection. All objects and purses will be subject to visual and physical inspection prior to entry into the stadium. Prohibited items include the following:

  • Umbrellas
  • Laser pointers
  • Cameras with lens longer than six inches
  • Food or beverages from outside the stadium
  • Pets (except special service animals)
  • Infant carriers/strollers
  • Sticksor poles

  • Noise makers, whistles or air horns
