The Jacksonville Jaguars will hold the second annual "Salute the Troops Night" on Tuesday, August 2 at the Florida Blue Health & Wellness Practice Fields. The club will recognize all military personnel and their families beginning at 6:15 p.m. on the fields adjacent to Gate 2 at EverBank Field. Practice will begin at 7:00 p.m. and is open to the public.
As part of the salute, a group of Wounded Warriors will be recognized for their service and dedication to our country, an induction ceremony will take place on the field involving recruits from all five branches and the Navy Band Southeast will perform patriotic melodies. Chick-fil-A will offer complimentary chicken sandwiches to anyone who presents a military ID.
