Roster exemptions are granted for players who participated in the 2003 NFL Europe League season. The NFL Europe roster exemptions expire on the Aug. 26 cut to 65.

Beginning on Mon., July 22, fans may call the Jaguars Fans Training Camp Hotline for a recorded message that will provide the daily practice schedule. The phone number is (904) 633-6525. The message will be updated daily — and as changes are made to the practice schedule — beginning July 25 through the end of training camp on Aug. 20.

Bleacher seating, which will accommodate approximately 2,250 people, will be provided inside the fence at the new practice fields. Restroom facilities and concession stands will also be provided. Concession stands will include food and beverages as well as Jaguars merchandise, including training-camp-specific T-shirts and caps. The Jaguars' 2003 Media Guide will also be available for $10, as well as subscriptions for Jaguars Inside Report, the team's official newspaper.

Fans should park in the Lots M and N on the west side of the stadium. For fans attending practice sessions, video cameras are prohibited, as well as horns, whistles and other noisemakers. Still cameras are allowed.

Fans wishing to get autographs are asked to do so after each practice session, outside the practice field fence as the players return to the locker room. Because of the full schedule during training camp, it is not possible to schedule autograph or photo sessions other than those scheduled for Aug. 1 and 2 following the scrimmage and mock game. Groups wishing to visit training camp do not need to make special arrangements; they may watch practice from the bleachers.
