The Jaguars have claimed offensive tackle Steve Zahursky off waivers from the Cleveland Browns, and have cut defensive lineman Radell Lockhart.

Zahursky, 24, was with the Jaguars as an undrafted rookie free agent from Kent State in the 1998 preseason. He was waived in final cuts that year. In Cleveland, Zahursky, 6-6, 305, was a starter in 23 of 25 games the last two seasons, including all 16 games last year.

Lockhart came to the Jaguars as an undrafted rookie free agent from Catawba College.
