Running back Stacey Mack has signed the Jaguars' one-year, minimum-tender contract he declined to sign prior to the start of the restricted free agency period. Mack will earn $563,000 this season.

Mack tested the free agency market this spring but his rights reverted to the Jaguars on April 15 when the signing period for restricted free agents ended. The two sides had discussed the possibility of a long-term contract but could not reach an agreement.

In other personnel moves, the team announced today it has signed wide receiver Ellis Spears and linebacker Conner Stephens to contracts and waived wide receiver Nakoa McElrath and linebacker Merceda Perry.

Spears, 6-1, 183, from Grambling, was one of five players who attended the recent mini-camp on a tryout basis. Stephens, 6-4, 250, from Mississippi State, is a converted defensive end.

McElrath and Perry, both undrafted rookie free agents, were originally signed on April 21. The Jaguars' roster remains at 92 players. Every player is signed to a contract, with the exception of the nine draft choices.
